Annual Health & Wellness Fair!

Our Annual Health & Wellness Fair this past September had a great turnout. Exhibitors included the Hamilton Police Services (HPS) Major Fraud Unit, The Alzheimer’s Society, DARTS Transportation, doTerra Essential Oils, Rexall Pharmacy and our very own V!VAfit Table. The tables were buzzing with questions, conversations and positive feedback from both Community Members and visiting guests.
