Celebrating Chinese New Year

V!VA Barrhaven Retirement Community celebrated the Chinese New Year with a “Taste of China” event on February 16th. Independent and Assisted Living Community Members and guests from Nepean and Manotick sampled traditional Chinese cuisine, and were treated to a surprise performance by the Sui Yi Multicultural Arts Academy, who wowed the crowd with a traditional cultural dance, including an incredible Chinese Dragon Dance.
