V!VA’s Sovereign’s Medal Winner

V!VA Barrhaven Community Member, Marilyn Fenwick, received the Sovereign’s Medal for Volunteers from the Office of the Governor General. The medal recognizes the exceptional volunteer achievements of Canadians from across the country, and celebrates a wide range of voluntary contributions. For over 20 years, Marilyn has cared for over 200 dogs on behalf of the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind. Congratulations, Marilyn, and thank you for being such an inspiring member of our V!VA Barrhaven Retirement Community family!
